Commissioning

Once k-tech has inspected the system, it will be delivered, installed and commissioned. We will then carry out the final acceptance inspection with you once commissioning has been completed successfully.

Training and support

Your staff will only be eligible for training on the system and receive the relevant documentation once final acceptance has been successfully completed. If you require further assistance at a later date, our support team will, of course, remain at your disposal.

Compact manual test station

Compact manual test station. This mobile unit contains all the necessary mechanical and electrical components. The rack system provides space for the test equipment and control system. It is operated using an HMI. The rack system also has space for additional test sets or test systems.

Test adapters – automation with cobots

Mobile stacking system

This is a mobile test station for automating existing or new test adapters. The PCB tray can be customised to include holders for trays or moulded inserts. A cobot retrieves the PCBs from the tray and places them in the test adapter. After testing, the successful PCBs are returned to the tray. Failed PCBs are collected separately.

Mobile testing system

This is a mobile test station that can be used to automate existing or new test adapters. The circuit boards are stored in a system of shelves. You can also add trays or moulded inserts to the rack. A cobot removes the circuit boards from the drawer and puts them in the test adapter. After testing, the boards that pass are put back on the shelves. The boards that fail are collected in a separate drawer.

The circuit boards are stored in a system of shelves. You can also add holders for trays or moulded inserts to the shelves. You can also get an interface for CAB or similar magazines. The robot picks up the circuit boards and puts them in an automatic test adapter. After testing, the boards that pass are put back on the shelves. The boards that fail are collected in a separate drawer. You can rotate the test adapter, which means you can use it as a manual test station.

Our drawer-type test adapters offer a compact and reliable solution for automated testing processes. When combined with a robotic cell, they form a flexible system that precisely positions components and inspects them automatically. The drawer-based design enables ergonomic handling during loading and unloading, whilst the robot carries out the test sequences efficiently and with high repeatability. In this way, we deliver an integrated complete solution characterised by ease of use, safety and the highest test quality.

Flexible testing

Our multi-test-adapter robot cell offers an automated testing system that is both flexible and precise. An industrial robot is equipped with various test adapters, enabling the rapid and reliable testing of multiple product variants on a single line. A combination of intelligent control, adaptive sensor technology and a modular design provides a highly efficient solution for varying testing tasks – perfectly suited to flexible production lines and high quality requirements.

Feeding via conveyor

The circuit boards are removed from standard magazines and fed to the testing station via a conveyor belt. The test adapter is closed pneumatically or electrically. After testing, the circuit board is stacked into a second magazine. The magazines are moved vertically by means of an electric axis. To simplify subsequent separation, the OK circuit boards are stacked from the bottom and the non-OK circuit boards from the top in the output magazine.
